Neck Pain Exercises- a blog that teaches you how to fix your own neck pain

What I am going to teach you in this blog is not only how you can fix your own neck pain but also why you keep having neck pain. This is the key to fixing your neck pain-why you are getting neck pain in the first place!

I can say this because I have seen this happen in my clinic over the past twenty years with people suffering from arthritis, chronic and acute neck pain, whiplash, pinched nerves and even disc bulges. I want to say this again-The overwhelming majority of people can relieve, reduce and remove their neck pain once they know how.
