		<description>I have a bulged disc between C5 and C6. When I tried your exercises, the first one (double chin) made my arm tingle a lot more. The second one made me feel sick. Are there exercises I should be doing that are different to these? I do not want to exacerbate my symptoms by the wrong exercises.</description>

I&#039;ve been to the doctor, and all they did was prescribe muscle relaxants. They didn&#039;t do anything. I finally had an MRI exam, and it showed the bulging disc in my neck. After I knew what exactly was wrong with me, I found your website, and tried the exercises. I&#039;ve been doing them for a few days, and it already feels MUCH better. 

I feel confident that my poor posture habits have been the reason all along for my problems.

		<description>I have the beginnings of a dowagers hump.  Am 64 and a bone density test said i have osteoperosis  beginning as well. My back aches (all of it) and just am recovering from a cracked rib due to lifting a box the wrong way.   I tried to call the 507  730 9345 number but no such number existed.  I am interested in your video and a consultation but if there is no number how do I go about this?
I do not have a cell phone and currently am moving so no land line either but I can call you through Skype on my computer.
