Here is a great neck  exercise to help you if you have to work at the computer. Obviously, as we have spoken about before  you will need to maintain proper posture at all times but this will also be a wonderful adjunct. The forward head posture

The number one cause of  neck pain and disc bulges is the forward head posture.
